I would like to see a cmd/symbol that makes is/are in item desc. Such as if I drop a tuber with dancing beside the table is ~
but drop two more and it will say
dancing beside the table is a few tubers. I would like to see a symbol that turns "is" into are if there "are" multiple if the item in the same line. Ideas?
Edited for most funnest
I do like this idea but I just wanted to point out that you can get the is/are with a drop desc provided you don't use the " ~ " in it. Also, not to be too anal or anything, but "a pair of tubers is..." is actually correct since pair is the subject of the verb not tubers. But anyway, the is/are changer works something like this if you do not use " ~ " :
>drop tuber sitting beside the table
A tuber is here sitting beside the table.
>drop tuber sitting beside the table
A pair of tubers is here sitting beside the table.
>drop tuber sitting beside the table
Some tubers are here sitting beside the table.
Yeah, with 'pair' as your subject, 'is' is the correct verb. But to really be anal about this, tubers wouldn't 'sit' anyplace. They'd be 'set' there.
Some tubers may sit. Don't you watch VeggieTales?

Laying in a pile are a couple chunks of steaming n00b brainz.
This is your brainz on dropdescs. Any questions?
Okay, this way basically says to never use is, and there are plenty of places is looks better, Sitting on top of a table is a silver and blue cask
Sitting on top of a table is some silver and blue casks.
My way would be drop cask Sitting on top of a table *is ~
and bam when more then one got dropped it would return:
Sitting on top of a table are some silver and blue casks
I think this would be easy and in some places more smooth grammatically
Edited to add: If you voted no please take a moment to tell us why, I asked for ideas because I am curious if it would be worth it. A no with no backing is the same as that guy that boos while slumping low in his chair.
