Title: Trouble with Bob on GDB
Post by: Kruise on July 04, 2006, 12:13:02 AM
References appreciated ahead of time, but until such time....
Heres my scenario, PoF bob was clanned with clan A, as time progressed events occured and bob left clan A and joined clan B, now PoF bob is still able to view clan A's clan-only GDB (which shouldn't be) and can't view clan B's clan-only GDB even after firing off an email he was told to send to the imm in charge of clan B's affairs  by his respective recruiter. So two things, how does PoF bob rectify this mess and in what protocol/format/steps should he do it in?

You can remove yourself from clan forums when you leave that clan by clicking the "Usergroups" link at the top of the board and unsubscribing to the forum.

To get yourself added to clan boards, use the request tool, or email that clan's staff.

As said, you can remove yourself from the old clan GDB. Actually you're required to.

You said you sent an e-mail for access to your new clan GDB. Did you receive the "You have been added to this usergroup" mail? Sometimes it can take a few days or even up to a week to be added, if the clan imm isn't around when you send the request.

Looks like there's been a bit of a shuffle or two in the Immortal ranks lately, with clans rotating and legends and whatnot... best bet is to resend the email and make sure you cc mud@ginka.armageddon.org as well.
