Title: Mount Changes

I'd just like to give a big public round of applause for the recent changes to mounts.  This really gives elves the ability to use them as pack animals like they should be able to do, without all that pesky mount/dismount business, along with all the other benefits.  Thank you!

Question to Immortals:

Will the regen rates for NPCs now be cut down, because we can order NPCs to rest?

Sorry, busy, should have responded more.  The reason is this will only work on mounts.  You can't do it to just any npc.
