The Allanaki Templarate is the largest seller of mounts in Allanak.
They have a stall in the Bazaar where they sell them...and though it's the Templarate doing the selling, I strongly recommend against going to a PC templar, or some other templar in the street, and asking to buy a kank.
There is a specific templar that sells them.
