One line jumped out at me from the last weekly update:

Now, this deserves serious thanks and congratulations. It's a sure sign that the imms do get around to things, even if it might take them a while, heh. Tiernan rocks!

And this means, no more random militia weapons lying around for hapless newbies to pick up and go sell! (I've done it, but luckily I was saved by my employer before I typed "offer")
Yaaaaaay! Man, this made life interesting for templars, when Joe Commoner approached you daily with yet another lost weapon. Made you feel like the Zalanthan lost and found... which, of course, you took out on whichever soldier left their swords lying in the street...
