Title: Cannot reconnect

I cannot reconnect. I do not see the issue. I checked my connection and it keeps telling me "WinSock error 10061: Connection refused"  What does this mean?

It means the MUD crashed.

Didn't the last time it crashed, didn't it take like 3 hours to bring back up? Thats what my friend said. I'm not sure, i just might be the moron for the moment.
