In case anyone else hadn't figured it out, it was his shorthand for Original Submissions. This was evident in his actual post:

He wants to know where to submit original submissions to be considered for placement on the website.

I found both of these by going to the main Armageddon home page, then clicking on "community resources," then clicking on "formatting submissions."
