Besides, I cant ask IC, because I need info about oases for my chargen process.

If there's IC info, that you don't know IC, but that you think your character should, email MUD and they will decide whether you need to know.

The Known World of Zalanthas is extensively desert -- oases are not "common" and water is considered the most precious resource.
