Title: On the subject of games, Izdari
Post by: wizturbo on September 04, 2004, 07:17:43 PM
Does anyone really see a problem with using Izdari boards to play chess, instead of Izdari?  I'd play a lot more if I didn't have to try and figure out a rather complicated new game, without having the benefit of an online board to play on.  I know there is a board online to track the pieces, but you have to do it manually, and thats tough.

If your only problem is an online board:

Then all you have to do is give a quick ooc for each move describing where on the grid you are moving piece from and to.

Well, the board is one thing (having an online board that does it automatically is nice) but beyond that...alot of people know how to play chess, so they don't have to spend the time figuring out a new complicated game :-)
