where have all the shops in the vineyard gone? i'm looking for a lockpick and the vineyard was the only place that i knew had one. now the shops are gone and i cant find them in the city so i was just wondering if someone could help me.

The shops are around, some have moved logically, others... not.
Oh, I don't really think it was best to post you were looking for lockpicks though, even though you posted as Guest. It just seems to uncommon and too IC. It'd be a different story if you were asking where the mountseller or bank went... etc.
