Actually last month wasn't bad on our numbers for new players, all things considered. Even so, we should still keep it up on TMC and pull things up on TMS!

Well I guess there are some advantages to not voting. We might get less new players for a bit, and some of these newbies we got in the last "wave" can mature in the meantime.
Still, I favor voting versus not, so I am still voting when I can.
Fewer new players for last month, sure, but more actual logins, so it came out pretty well in the wash.

For TMC, we are at 663 votes. Aardwolf is at 695. That is a difference of 32, but more importantly, here's the difference in day-to-day voting.
Us: 19.7 votes per day
Them: 20.7 votes per day
Five more people remembering to vote each day would close the gap in about a week.
What would it take to get first back on TMC? (Break it down for us with the math fear.)

To be fair I didn't give a really close estimate, I was just guessing. Throw enough "fives" at something and it gets to be 30ish soon enough.

We've got 194 new accounts so far this month, and 42 that got in-game. That might change a bit by end of day tomorrow, but anyway, just a reminder:
Voting gets people in the door. We have enough votes to keep #1 on TMC next month, so let's get back on that bandwagon, okay? :) That's about 100 fewer accounts than last month and about 30 fewer in-game than last month, so inevitably it means fewer retained players.
5 votes takes 8th on TMS.
