A 'spoof' command where anyone (or perhaps players with 1+ karma) can echo the room "Someone does soandso", being that the word "someone" would supplant where the sdesc would be for the normal emote command. Good for ambience. Good for people being made aware of the vNPC hordes almost everywhere. Subject to the same rules against power emoting we already have.
