Having played a few nobles myself, I think having a noble class is an excellent idea. I believe it should come with several skills every noble should have that the Imm wouldn't have to manually add later like read and write sirihish.
I think with the noble class you should get:
A beefed up skill in the Way so that they may communicate with their employees right from the start with little effort.

At that point they should could choose a "sub-class" of sorts like:
Scholar - Give them all race languages and maybe even bendune, and cavilish, also the ability to reand and write in more than one of them. Maybe a few other odd and end skills.
Combat - Warrior type skills and again some should be bumped alittle due to nobles having little time to practice and assuming they had plenty of time while growing up.
Merchant - Bargaining and Haggling, cavilish, etc
Diplomat - Listen, and ...my mind has gone blank.
In any case, I like the idea. For some reason though I caanot think of anything else to add.
