For an alphabetical list of all the current help file topics, I believe you want "help index"
Help topics gives you the categories of all the help files: Accessibility, World, Gameplay etc...
Each of those categories are divided into their own categories. I'm not sure there's a way to look just at coded commands though.
A good idea would be to go through 'help index' like Manipura says.
I have found out some very interesting things perusing the help files.
Nifty. Didn't know about that. Also stumbled about 'help top40'. These are the top 40 helpfiles.
