What if a giant meteor hit the known and changed the axis tilt of the planet so that zalanthas ends up being a pole which is always facing the sun?

I'm sure OP was a joke but like I do think a truly drastic change reshaping the world, maybe centering the playerbase to be a little closer and more interactive with one another, if still oppositional, might spark some new or returning arrivals.
Far's I can tell, much of Zalanthas hasn't really changed much in the 200+ years of its existence being played in.
