Amazing pictures.

Is that Mali? If so, it's beautiful.
Most of mine were mali, I think.
I find it interesting, personally, that, if mud-brick or adobe is a predominant building material, that magically-derived water sources are not more important to Zalanthan building industries...
Allanak has the stone and sid mines... But given the effort of hauling and using stone, it would seem like more would be built out of mud or clay brick. That could be really expensive unless there's cheap magical water Tuluk has, presumably imported a limited amount of stone from somewhere over time... but new construction, minor construction, pottery, and dyes - all things well represented in Tuluk - would require significant amounts of water.
Does Tuluk have a significant well? I think the docs say something about Tenneshi holding the water monopoly. hm. Plots.

Jesus, someone remove that huge picture. Hymwen?
It's a picture thread, huge pictures are fine.
I want to openly state that I was nowhere in those pictures.
So any 'mali' they are quoting is an unofficial, unendorsed simulcra.

Download Firefox and then the mousegestures extension. You'll be able to resize pictures with the flick of your wrist.
Don't have any pics, but really good pics so far. I will look for some....
