Title: Upcoming changes to crafting

While going through our database of existing crafting recipes, I found some things that were improperly categorized.

Some of these were obviously unintentional, like the clothing recipes that require the cooking skill.

Others I think were put into their category in good faith, but are probably better suited to another category--many tools, for example, are under other crafts rather than toolmaking, and some stonecrafting/jewelrymaking recipes should be swapped.

I'm posting this to give notice that sometime soon, you may not be able to craft some things you could craft before, and conversely, you may see new recipes show up on your crafting lists.
