Done.
And double done. I even registered >:( But I didn't give 'em my real email!
Done.

I google'd rpi muds earlier and Armageddon doesn't even show up in the first five pages or so (I was glad to see that Age of Conan shows up, though, heh) so I think that we need to update the website's meta keywords to include RPI MUDS MUD if it doesn't have them yet.
(all of the other major rpi muds out there show up on the first page)
Its too bad "The Best Page in the Universe" is already taken up.
Maybe we can get "The Best MUD in the Galaxy" instead.
Well, we're holding on to first place by a vote. I suppose if we have to give up first it might as well be to Accursed Lands. I'm sure they're a very nice mud. They've been in beta for nine years. I bet they're about ready to open.
Hah, go take a look, it's a -great- place to play. Seriously....great. If you like spam crafting for days on end, and a huge world with nobody to play with.
We're only three votes away from having ninth place taken away on us on TMS as well. Vote.
We are falling behind on TMS.
We're tied for 10th on TMS. Go vote now.

Done and done again. For good measure.
The RPImud.com rankings just reset and Armageddon edged out a victory this week by one vote. Great job everybody. Now go vote again.
Probably not coincidentally, I am seeing lots and LOTS of great new players showing up in game. You guys rock.
And we're leading again! Yay us!
Thanks for the reply.
Brandon
We fell to 10th on TMS. Only three behind taking 9th back. Go vote!

Vote harder! Such a thing is
so not cool.
I voted on rpimud.com you can only vote once a week, and only if you have an account, but signing up is easy. Sign up today!
Voted. Now others should do the same.
Brandon
Voted. We need eight more, I believe.
Already cast my vote for this week!
If I learned anything from our Leaders in Government. Everyone should vote early and vote often.
I can't believe out of the 250+ active people who play this game a week, we can't get more than about 20 to vote on RPImud.

Personally, I do not like RPImud. Nor do I like that you have to register.
I vote for TMS/TMC quite frequently.

I don't care much for the website or its registration process, but I do see the importance in advertising Armageddon to a crowd that actually wants to play an RPI.
Me too.
But I'm selfish.

It is for this very reason I finally registered and began voting last week.
Plus, for RPImud.com, you only have to vote once a week. :P
Yeah yeah, I just registered/voted.
Bastards.

You rock.
I yam what I think I yam.
I feel you Yam, I hate the fucking registration too ... but I did it ... :-\
We are so close.
We really need about five more votes. Just five.
down to four.
I just tied us for #1 spot on RPI.
You all rock!
(Maybe Yam yams instead. That's still not clear)

Yeah, I yam.
We're tied at 24. Sometimes they surge on Sundays, but I'm not sure they usually finish with too much more than the 24 they have now. If we could get a few more we may be able to lock it down.

Don't forget, maybe not all of us vote for arm.
Well, that's alright. We still like you. Not as much as we might if you did vote for Arm. You don't yam. But it's ok. We still like you.
As an aside, a friend went and took a look at a mud that's vying with us for ranking on one of these sites. They might have a great game, but to us their features looked terribly stock, kitchy and counter intuitive. And they had half the people on that we do. (perhaps less because in a game where you can't die of hunger and you're safe to quit out with your pc unprotected who knows how many of those people are really on and active?)
But they beat us. They tie with us. They get more votes per active player than we do. So, they're doing something right, because they seem to have greater player loyalty than we.
That's a little sad.
Hehe, well, I promise you that that is not the mud I voted for.
I didn't mention a mud. And I'm sure the mud I didn't mention is a lovely place... if you like that sort of mud.
:)
I'm trying to be tactful and diplomatic.
Registered and voted.
Thank you.
Slipping on TMS
If we could get all 2339 who have signed up in this forum to vote, we'd be in the clear. 8)
We lost first on RPI. We are a vote from reclaiming it.
We're tied, but wasn't it supposed to reset yesterday?
Yes, but it didn't.
If it had we'd have carried the week.
