Title: An Idea for tables and containers
Post by: Potaje on May 19, 2018, 11:46:18 PM
a way to arrange things like platters, trays, bowls and other such containers, on tables, with tags describing what they are filled with and how they are arranged.

I know we can drop them on the ground and arrange them with a description of being on the table with the above mentioned notation. However more times than not people ignore that they are on a table being that they can look and access the container from anywhere in the room.

Which leads me to also wanting to be able to access containers on tables without picking them up.

Makes me happy to see your avatar again, Potaje

I like the idea.  What about all containers?  The peek skill could give you a chance of seeing it, too, for the sake of flavor.

a pair of sunslits, stuffed deep inside
a brown sandcloth shirt, rolled into a tight ball
a small blue pouch
a few bone rings, rattling around loosely

I would love these changes. The fact that we can do this with floor objects is one big differentiator versus other RPIs.

Tdesc of items would be AMAZING also.
