No information on who leads it.

As for current leadership structure (is there a bossman? who runs the joint? what are numbers?) -- I've sent in a request for those. You might have luck wishing up too.
There's some history with the mul outpost and Allanak that I'm pretty sure would be unknown to the common grebber in Allanak, but probably still fresh on the minds of the folks at the outpost.
My wish (I've had it before): Install some talk scripts on some of the ruffians out there.
It's not really appropriate to ask for this sort of stuff on the GDB. Particularly if you have an IC interest in it.
