Are the hours of the day still linked up with real life time?

It used to be that by my computer's clock the hour in Arm would change every ten minutes at 12:10, 12:20, etc. Now though the hours don't seem to be synchronized to real life time or seem to be lasting shorter or longer than usual.

Is this a bug, intentional, or am I just going crazy?

Tiernan was the one who did that, and as far as I know nothing should have changed with that. The IG hours change every 10 RL minutes.

The Hours are still ten minutes. However, I have also noticed that when that first happened, IG hours would change like this:

2:40
2:50
3:00
Etc..

Now it is like this:
2:41.5
2:51.5
3:01.5
