Bar fight

One of my characters had died in a bar fight, but my character did not have any weapon during fight. In spite of that, soldiers came, and killed my character. Why didn't they put my character in a jail? Or why were they involved in?
He died for nothing, but it happened. Nothing to do.

1) it depends on the location you're in. Not all bars allow brawling.

2) it depends on whether or not you used the HIT command - if you used KILL that's not the same thing. HIT is the only command you can use to engage in brawling without risking arrest.

3) I don't know if the code takes into account people who wear wrist razors or spiked gloves or whatever..that might have something to do with it? Or not.
