The arrangement itself is very simple.  The piano harmony is very repetitive and supports a cello soloist.  The hidden mastery is in the careful in-syncopation between the two instruments.  The note pairings create the illusion of a more complex piece.  It's like the music is dancing in the silent desert winds.

RichaadEB is by far the most talented guitarist I've ever come across for video game arrangements.  Look at his controlled use of vibrato.  He's twisting and skewing the sounds with careful skill; progressively adding intensity and complexity.  The music perfectly describes a Skellebain trip.
