NPc's and Movement Lag

I see this more and more often. They are quite fast... and I don't like it.

Maybe they are speedwalkers in the olympic games!

I don't think anyone likes it. The fact is, this has been brought up a thousand times. NPCs can move very quickly and are not affected by the coded delay and lag based on skills. I was fighting several NPCs last night who constant disarmed, kicked, and bashed me. I don't think this will be changed though..it sort of gives an advantage to the NPCs when PCs have real intelligence. (We hope)
