Is it codedly possible to make a palanquin?  (a personal conveyence that is carried on the shoulders of porters)
I would guess it should be doable, but I haven't seen one in the game (I'm pretty new)

It is a special type of mount and it does exist - though it is extremely rare and limited to high-ranked nobles.
