Would you like fries with that?

I've noticed a trend lately with reimbursements, where people mail in a list that includes items like:

1 half-eaten kalan fruit
3 lumps of greasy fat
4 slices of fruit

And so on, ad nauseum.

I'd like to suggest that if you lose stuff in a crash, that you just mail in the irreplaceable/costly stuff, and then include a line like:

about 100 sid worth of assorted junk

so we can just give you the coins.

Seriously, asking someone to sit there loading up food items that are easily replaced says to me that you don't value their time very much. Is this unreasonable of me? I really don't want to see any more lists like the one mentioned above. Loading up fancy or irreplaceable stuff  - okay. Loading up kalan fruit - no. Please don't do this. Thanks.

Maybe you should award them a fun colorful food toy.  Like a small McDesert Dessert.  It could be made of all digestible food by products of unknown origin.  Then they could suck on that while they wait for hell to freeze over before you award them their load of stuff.  Wait did I type that aloud? :P

Or a meaty prize.
