More Apartments

Is there any plan to add more apartments to the game?  Having ran around Allanak, I see either apartments you can't rent, or all the apartments are full.  Now that we have a huge chunk of the game centered around that city, seems like there would be many more apartments built up.

I believe it was stated by staff in the Tuluk is closing threads that this would be looked at. Something like this may have already been done from what I've seen in game.
