Crim code for non-fatal violence in cities.  In a harsh world where you could easily be killed for a drink of cool, clear, precious water, HOW can you wind up being dragged to jail for punching someone in the street when he calls your mother a northie?  Keep hit, but make the attack more about the RP and less about the killing/knocking out/ hurting business. 

I want a character who is prone to violent outbursts in public and doesn't get arrested for spitting on a breed!
