the wan, sloe-eyed youth

Small dark eyes, like dead fruit black with rot, squint from her thin face. Her skin is pale, not fair, but sick in hue. Lank limbs, with sharp edges and all the grace that lacks in the young, jut from her frame. Black hair full of grease and snarl falls down her back. Its fierce mass hides much: no ears are seen, and most times, just one of those dead eyes peers forth.

This reminds me I always thought it would be funny to max out the sdesc limit with all 3-letter words. I just racked my brain to come up with this.
