OFFICIAL POLICY: IP Anonymizers are NOT allowed

Due to abuse and because of our no multiplaying policy we are making the following new policy.  Any account found to be using an internet anonymizer such as the Tor network, or other system for obscuring what IP you are coming from will be banned, without question.  You will get a notice that we have done so and if you are willing to stop using the anonymizer we will let you back once.  If we find you doing it a second time, your account will be banned permanently, no exceptions.
