Hi,

What do you guys think of this?

emote looking towards ~man, @ watches as #man {enter|enters} the bar.

would show

Looking towards you, the big fat dwarf watches as you enter the bar.

to the closest emote symbol referent left of the {} brackets.

and

Looking towards the tall, muscular man, the big fat dwarf watches as he enters the bar.

to everyone else.

I'd love it.

You go south and one of the other directions that isn't north.  That is seriously the limit of my geographical knowledge of Arm.
Sarge?

Arm 2's code will do this for you naturally, and in the perspective of your choice (first, second or third) so for your example:

emote looking towards ~man, @ watches as #man {enter|enters} the bar.

'man' who has second person perspective set will see:

Looking towards you, the other man watches as you enter the bar.

The emote, who has first person perspective set, will see:

Looking towards the man, I watch as he enters the bar.

Everyone else would see:

Looking towards the man, the other man watches as he enters the bar.

Doing this for Arm 1, would likely be out of the question.

That would fix the one little flaw in the emote system pretty well I think.

But I can live with it until 2.arm!
