:3 is supposed to be a cat face?

I always thought it had something to do with teabagging.

I think I just LifeFailed.

I asked my mother.  She said it wasn't a cat face.

She was teabagging me.

My own mother.
Jesus Christ, that's gotta be one helluva shot to the heart.

Lol can I quote this?

This is me, not able to stop you.
Yes. Read the thread if you want, or skip to page 7 and be dismissive.

Stop being shitty to each other.

Wikipedia says it's a cat face, goddamnit.

Also -

You know you're addicted to ARM when you get a spam email from Barack Obama asking you to "get in the game" and vote Democrat and your first thought is "I should probably do what he says and log in, just in case there's a RPT going down."
A dark-shelled scrab pinches at you, but you dodge out of the way.
A dark-shelled scrab brandishes its bone-handled, obsidian scimitar.
A dark-shelled scrab holds its bloodied wicked-edged, bone scimitar.

You have a free, non-working day unexpectedly and you spend nearly all of it playing. I have tunnel vision right now.

I still think the best closure you get in Armageddon is just moving on to the next character.

You find yourself fantasizing about carrying around a giant bone sword.

Or having fell arcane powers at your command.

Or a vast network of employees, hired assassins, and political favors.

Damn, all my characters have cooler lives than I do.

When you look at your keyboard and see that the letters on a few of the keys are starting to wear off...
and when you THEN realize that the only keys with any sign of wear-n-tear or heavy use are L, N, E, and S...

Hmmm...guess there's just not that much to look at when you're heading West...

Anybody else find that this is the case with their keyboard or am I the only one who looks obsessively in all directions before going off on my way?

Mine are lit by LED lights, but if they were fading it would definitely be the macro keys, not my directionals.

You end up daydreaming about fancy combat/social emotes for your character half of the day.

The other half you spend playing Arm.

No time for sleep.

Ah! It happened to me yesterday.

I saw a little old lady walking down the road and I say, in english, "Look at that gith over there."
You lift ~ with all your strength.
A long length of bone doesn't move.

Its not the praise from your boss, a windfall, or an unexpected hug or smile that made your day.  Instead, you ended up chipper because you got a player kudos.

When 80% of your game time consists of solo RP, but you still enjoy logging in every day.

And you used to HATE solo RP.

when you cry, rant and rage in a corner becuase the mud is down......

Addicted to the point of spamming F5 on your email account for two hours, in between mindless chores and watching TV on Halloween.

Edit: And shamelessly hope that this post gets your character approved faster.

Edit: One last check before going to bed, waking up and leaving for a week of no Arm, and it was approved! Anaiah is the best!

I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Which reminds me. Send more kudos! I got one recently for a long said and done character the other day, and it positively warmed me up to the idea of actually PLAYING again. Maybe.

Masks are the Armageddon equivalent of Ed Hardy shirts.

... you have a dream about your current character's death, and upon awaking and realizing it was only a dream, you let out a thankful sigh.

When you are dreaming something in white text on black, the lines "You are under arrest!" pop up, and you don't wait to read the second line before you wake up quick.

That feeling... yes.
Backstab is actually the only dialog option an assassin has.

When you practice walking around in both city-states in your head, so you'll keep it fresh and not forget.
Modern concepts of fair trials and justice are simply nonexistent in Zalanthas. If you are accused, you are guilty until someone important decides you might be useful. It doesn't really matter if you did it or not.

When you realize you have the layout of every starting location memorized.
