I always pictured Gwoshi more like a yak.

I have always looked at them as a hybrid between a lion and a grizzly.

I'm going to admit I've always had some trouble picturing Arm-esque beasts.

and filled my tired weary head
with horrid tales of you, I can't believe it's true.
But then the lampshade smiled at me -
It said believe, it said believe.
I want you to know it's nothing personal."

To continue the odd discrepancies. I always pictured an inix as a kodo from Warcraft, no idea why.

As far as inix, no mater how hard I try, I still look at them like the thing Obi Wan rides in Attack of the Clones.

I soooooo wish they would tell us more about the lizzard people in 2.arm.  This is one of the thinks I most look forward too since I am losing my beloved dwarves.

Also i can't wait until the game starts and we start posting art work for the new races/flora/fauna.

PS- Until the imms tell us otherwise, I am picturing them as Noghri.
(minus the lightsabre, of course)

They're the great-grandkiddies of 1.arm raptors, dude.  We already know they're way too smart for their own good.
The sword is sharp, the spear is long,
The arrow swift, the Gate is strong.
The heart is bold that looks on gold;
The dwarves no more shall suffer wrong.

My next character is so going to be a ranger. His name? Muldoon 8)

Ok I'm finished.

I've already had a ranger named Muldoon.

It doesn't say.

Ratlon     (General)

These rare pack-beasts are only occasionally seen in recent generations, apparently being very difficult to breed. While not well-suited for long desert journeys, their tough hides and strong, steady legs make them excellent mounts for rough terrain, and some mounted military units have preferentially utilized them.

I think I got my information from seeing the tracks of one that someone I was escorting somewhere was riding.
That was a long time ago, though.

And yet.  I still picture someone riding a giant chicken into battle.  I just can't help myself.

I think of ostriches.

I'm sure ostriches are closer, but..

.. the urge to picture people riding giant chickens is simply too great to resist.
