Changes to weather

After much analysis of existing weather patterns we have adjusted the algorithm for weather changes to provide a more reasonable flux of weather conditions that should limit the polar conditions (always good or always bad) that we were seeing before.

This may mean you see more storms, and we are going to be tweaking in game to try and make sure the new weather pattern remains reasonable.  If you would like to contribute your observations, please send them to morgenes@armageddon.org and cc: mud@armageddon.org
