Subdue

A few questions on the skill subdue - Am I correct in assuming that when one person subdues another, both of them are unable to hurt one another until one breaks away, correct?

With the new code change recently the subduer is no longer able to draw his weapons to kill the person being held. So yes...

Can't the subduer still get in a few good hits before the subdue is broken though if they hit or kill the subduee? They can't do the damage they could before by drawing a weapon but if they can still land a free hit or two probably can still do some damage.
