Half Elves and lanagues

I was thinking, wouldn't it make sense for any race that gets a 'bonus' lanague or whatever you want to call it, had the opiton to rid themselves of it? It'd make sense, like, say, Half-Elf 1 never knew his elven parent, but his human parent, thus having no knowledge of Allundean? Or vice-versa with Sirihish.

If you'd like for this to happen, I'm sure you can request it using the request tool. I just don't think this would be something used very often, so a special arrangement with the staff can be made instead of implementing new code.
