You can actually send a kudo's through the new request tool. Nothing wrong with putting it here, but I just discovered this myself (I was just playing around with it to see what it can do), so thought I'd mention it.

You can also send a kudos to a player via this manner as well (so as much identifying info as you can will probably help so it gets to the right person).
