Stealing is harder than it was before

There were some tweaks that went in with the watch changes, that will have made steal harder. This was mainly a bug fix, where steal was only taking into account certain things on determining if you can recover, not if you could steal the item. I posted with the watch changes that thief types will need to play smarter, sorry I didn't explicitely say that steal itself got harder. I will post on the MOTD about this.

Some hints to remember:

The best way to avoid being caught is to not be seen.

Being in a crowd is good, being in a tight crowd is not.

Stealing small things is much easier (and less noticable) than larger/heavier items.

Diversion can provide strong results, catch people unawares, and work in pairs.

Think realistically about your abilities, as a starting pickpocket would you really try and steal from people as your first steps?

Practice (realistically) somewhere else, and for krath's sake, maybe even look into forming some form of group to work together.
