Help?

I posted anon just in case this is too IC. Anyway, I'm playing a 'rinthi character, and it seems like theres a lot of people online, but I can't find anyone. It is not peak, but the WHO says the number is pretty high. Is this just cause the population of the 'rinth is low, or is it because I'm not looking  in the right place? So, I guess the real question is, where do I find people in the 'rinth?

This really is something you should find out in character.  But think where you find people anywhere else.  Where do people hang out?  Find one of those places, and try hanging out there.
