No, we don't need a new mantis head.

It is tradition to have it.

If you don't stick to tradition, one stupid person gets offended by the new thing and then it keeps changing and chaing and changing.

Just look at my office memo.

I cannot say Merry Christmas, etc, because it offends people. I can only say Happy Holidays, or nothing at all.
