Looking through the new weekly updates I found this little gem in the entry for June 4th.

All I can say is awesome.  Can't wait to see what's behind this new development.  Also I'd like to say the new fixes to palm/slip, allowing apartments to have multiple owners and the ability to etwo when drawing are all awesome.  As always big thanks to the immortals for continuing to constantly improve the game.

Some subguilds, I hear, are pretty much NPC-only.

There is no such thing as an NPC-only subguild.
