Dude, you need to handle that IG.  Not through OOC means.

But I would not recommend going around and shouting you are an assassin and going to kill stuff.

Lets see:

If you are in Tuluk, you better get in contact with the local templars, and tell you want to be a licenced assassin there.  From there on, if someone needs an assassination, they will have a chance to find you.

If you are in Allanak, you might seek for contact with the Guild.  Or, if you don't want to be a criminal type but rather a noble servant or somehting, you attempt entering the noble house as a servant.  And later, when you earn their trust, you might tell your superiors that you know "a few tricks in winning unfair fights".  That will make you a noble house assassin.

But let me tell you, playing an assassin is a tough one.  I would not recommend you to play one as one of your first characters.
