The way! The wonderful ability all have from birth!.... But none can hardly use no matter what age they start their character.. Someone explain this to me... Please.

First, let me go off on a tangent explaining the desert world, the existence of magick, the existence of dwarves, elves, and half-giants, not to mention halflings, the existence of sorcerer-kings and their cities, the existence of flawless skinned, gorgeous people in the dirtiest atmosphere imaginable, and a few other things that exist in Armageddon and work the way they do.

We all learn to speak relativly early in our lives too, but not everyone is a great orator either, no matter how old they are.
