easy diffusion doesn't have an option yet for custom numbers for width/height so the aspect ratio is changed making it look a bit bulkier than the original done with eraser

It also liked to draw newer-looking flowers in the gaps which was cute and seems poetic since the painting is being being brought back to life too, but yes definitely amateur restoration

Very reminiscent of the Sun Runners, it's clever how the xylophone has no base so it can be portably carried and placed across anything that is around at the time.

Annatto from the achiote plant is often used for flavouring or colouring food across the world. The Tsàchila tribe in Ecuador are highly recognisable thanks to their traditional bright orange hair, which is achieved by using the crushed seeds. It is believed they have been doing so for centuries.

This tradition is believed to have been a palliative measure from a time when the Tsachila were exposed to the ravages of smallpox from explorers. A Tsáchila shaman asked a spirit to guide them to a cure by ceremony and prayer. They were guided to an achiote bush. They covered themselves completely with the red juices of the seed-pods and after a few days the mortality in the group was drastically reduced. The Spaniards called them "Colorado" (meaning coloured red) because they thought it was their natural skin.

They are forever grateful to this plant for the protection that it offered to the entire community from smallpox. The shape of their hair style is fashioned to look like the seed pods.

Their native language is Tsafiki, a member of the Barbacoan linguistic family, and translates to mean "true word".

According to the 1997 census, their population had reached 2,640 inhabitants.

The Tsachila are known for being skilled weavers .. Traditional skirts are worn; black and white for the men in honor of the highly venomous equis snake, and rainbow colored for women. With the spread of Catholicism, the women started to wear bright sequined tops instead of being naked from the waist up.

.. My guide showed me a beautiful spot overlooking the river and explained to me that, as the city has encroached, the water has become so polluted that the Tsachila can no longer drink, bathe, fish, or wash clothes in it. This is especially tragic considering that fish constitutes their primary food.
