My application was rejected multiple times because of a detail and after I corrected it the next rejection would be about something that has been in my previous rejections. It would be good if the rejections covered every single issue in the application so that fewer ones need to be sent.

Yeah, that doesn't seem good... although I am assuming it's not intentional.

It could be that the one approving the application simply didn't catch the other detail that needed to be fixed the first time through.

Or maybe a different person entirely did the later approvals.
