Request Tool Response from Email Vs on the Website
« on: February 26, 2020, 02:28:02 PM »
I instinctively hit reply from my email when I get a response from the mud staff, but I realized they aren't saved on the website when I do.

I know I've gotten back and forth communication, but is their a preference?

Communication should be done through the request tool.  This is so that all the staff have the ability to see and comment on any communications that require staff side conversation.

Thanks!
