Syntax for Hanging a Shield on a Belt?

Most shields are not going to be available to place on a belt.

When you assess them, and it gives a list of where it can be worn, it has to say "Can be hooked onto a belt". If it DOES say that, wear shield ON BELT (not just wear shield belt)

Otherwise most shields are wearable on the back only.
