I'm flailing, trying to figure out how to 'junk' (x) amount of coins.  I've tried 'junk (x) coins', 'junk (x) pieces', and 'junk (x) obsidian', but I keep getting back "You aren't carrying that item."  I also tried just plain 'junk coins'.  No dice there, either.  Help?

The last time I found I needed to junk coins, I can remember hearing there actually is no syntax to do it. If you really need to, you can drop them, hand them to an npc, or bank them and forget about them.

Unless someone comes along with the secret code to junk them, anyway.

Honestly common practice for this is on the first thing you need to buy:

offer 900 waterskin
barter

You just spent 900 coins on that waterskin

Masks are the Armageddon equivalent of Ed Hardy shirts.

Coins are coded differently than objects. In fact I don't think they are actually objects but an entirely different variable called 'coins' so junk won't work on them.

Thanks, all!   The help/clarification is much appreciated.
