Lifting items with people sitting on them

Would work sort of like mount/skimmer code by moving you with the dragged item. Ideal implementations:

Master Blaster Noble Except He's Normal Size and Bought a Half-giant Slave
Punishing commoners by making them carry your palanquin for a few hours
Rickshaw carts

I believe these items do exist in game already. I have seen slaves carrying a particular chair. I'm fairly certain that they mount code is used for this.
