Brokkr said that perfumes are not prohibited, but in multiple helpfiles on the official website it states to the contrary. Here is one such example: http://armageddon.org/help/view/Apothecary

Are perfumes custom craftable based upon what Brokkr said? If so, should I contact staff via a request with a link to the helpfiles that indicate otherwise?

At one point I think I did.  At that point, I thought that perfumes worked solely via a javascript, where a Storyteller or Admin could place all the relevant information for the perfume on the item.

Sadly, I was mistaken.  For one piece of perfume it goes back into the C code to get a piece of information, which means it takes a coder to help create any new perfume.  We typically draw a line at mastercrafts needing additional C code, thus the helpfiles saying perfumes are restricted.
